Founded in 1970, as Alpha Properties, Inc. has specialized in the management of single-family homes for over thirty years.  Our commitment to hard work, outstanding service, and integrity remain the same as when we began.  Today our clients and customers have made Alpha Properties, Inc. the premier residential property management firm in South Carolina.

In 2001 Alpha Properties, Inc. expanded its services to include real estate sales.  Our sales agency serves residential buyers, sellers and investors.  Not unexpectedly our emphasis on quality proved to be winning formula for real estate sales as well as property management.  By the beginning of 2003 the real estate sales segment had grown from just one to six full time sales agents.  Our phenomenal success has attracted some of the areas most experienced and dynamic sales agents to the company.  The sales department specializes in listing and selling single-family homes, condominiums and multi-unit buildings and provides buyers and sellers with a wide range of personal services.

Alpha Properties, Inc. is owned by and Lotta’s primary responsibility is the Property Management Division. Major is the qualifying broker and oversees the Real Estate Sales Division. Before joining Alpha Properties, Inc.,   practiced as certified public accountant and attorney at law, as well as owned a successful management-consulting firm. Both worked as real estate agents before entering graduate school and have purchased, sold and managed rental properties for many years.  They devote all their time to Alpha Properties, Inc. and are committed to continually raising the standard of excellence and quality management for which we are known.

Our property management division has one of the highest employee-to-property ratios in South Carolina, to assure personal attention to you and your property.  Our sales agents have a proven track record of successfully matching homebuyers to that very special home.  Our sales division’s experience and commitment and our smaller size allow us to offer our buyers and sellers the highest degree of specialized personal services.
